Fig.1 A 20-year old patient presented with mismatched restorations of central incisors; teeth were fractured 6-year earlier. Please, note the presence of fractured composite incisal margins. Our goal is achieving a perfect shade match and a simmetry between the two centrals throughout the replacement of the existing restorations. Fig.2 Dr Deliperi completed two direct composite restorations. The cavosurface margins are not visible anymore. A perfect shade match was achieved; dominance and simmetry of the two central incisors was also achieved. |
