Unnatural patient smile with the lower lip covering the upper teeth. Please, note
wear of the incisal margins, incongruous restorations and different gingival margin height.
Some teeth are missing, but patient rejected both implant and orthodontic therapy; she
asked for crown and bridges fixed restorations to rejuvenate her smile.

Final result after the upper arch rehabilitation with full-ceramic crowns and
bridges. The patient smile is more natural now; the shape of the upper teeth follow the
lower lip line. The correct tooth proportion (width to length ratio) was established and the
dominance of the two central was guaranteed; both simmetry and harmony were achieved
in the new patient smile.
